Pros: The staff were very helpful and courteous at all times. We had a problem with the air conditioning unit in the room. The staff moved us to another room with as little disruption as possible. I would highly reccommend the hotel for it's superb location.

Pros: The location of this hotel, right on the Place Comedie, is great. For bars/culture/shopping to be right on your doorstep is just what you want in a city break. The car park is very close, under the Place, which was handy. The staff recommended an excellent local restaurant for our first night, Les Bains, two minutes walk from the hotel, and the restaurant next door to the hotel also seemed excellent, though we did not manage to eat there.

Pros: Excellent location next to the main square, within easy walking distance from railway station and all sights. Comfortable bed and pillows. Double glazing blocks out the noise from the square. Clean. Spacious, uncluttered room. Pleasant staff. Interesting original decoration. Decent breakfast, although you could get something cheaper and less substantial from a nearby café.

Pros: The suite and the terrace were spacious, the bed was big and comfortable, there was plenty of wardrobe space, the position was great, and the kitchen was well appointed. But best was that when they learned from a friend who stays there often that it was my birthday, they put a nice bottle if wine in the suite and wrote a card to me. We gave the wine to the receptionist because she was very helpful, and we had to fly out the next morning, so no time to drink it.
