The front desk staff was excellent
Bathroom floor should have been cleaner.
The front desk person was nice and friendly, as well as the shuttle driver. There was a fridge and microwave in the room, and a Waffle House within walking distance.
Bedding was not clean at all. Shower floor was not clean either.
Not a damn thing
Our assigned room was dirty, used and never cleaned. Then sent to a smaller room. From your website there appears to be a breakfast bar. Not included in your price. Then there was NO COFFEE. Staff were all I'll, like we were an inconvenience to them.
We chose the hotel because it was close to our destination and it had an indoor pool.
AC unit with exposed wires - called front desk - maintenance never came 3 towels for 7 people - asked for more - gave 3 floor mats Went to the pool asked for 7 towels - gave us 5 The floor in the room was coated with a sticky substance

Yes, they did not serve breakfast using COVID as a reason. I stayed in many other hotels where they used precautions and served breakfast
I was somewhat disappointed. All in all it was decently nice, but you could tell the cleaning was not done to the detail I would expect from this price point of hotel. There was grime around the shower frames, at the sink base etc & a couple spiders too.
