Cons (-) Brown stained sheets, sticky and dusty carpets, blood stains on the walls, dirty towels and water, and no air conditioning. We went elsewhere because of the dirtiness but they wouldn't give us a refund.

Pros (+) The manager was nice, but hotel was dirty and my family felt a little uneasy.
Cons (-) It was a rundown and dirty place. We were only there to sleep and wake up to continue our CA Roadtrippers. I would pick a chain hotel next time, because my family did not feel comfortable at all.

Pros (+) The landscaping was pretty and well maintained.
Cons (-) Description of room was not accurate. No coffee maker, no iron...but then we could have asked. Furnished in what I would call early Goodwill. Bathroom looked like it had recently been upgraded. The picture on this web page is NOT THE FIREPLACE INN that we stayed at.

Cons (-) EVERTHING. The place totally sucked. Old, run down in need of a total renovation. It was not clean and did not have a working ice machine. One of the worst motels I've ever stayed in.

Pros (+) I liked the price and the location.
Cons (-) Dirty sheets, the room looked like it had not been cleaned since 1928 given the amount of dust in the alarm clock and TV set and the dandruff particles in the sheets. As for the looka of the room, i got exactly what i was expecting for what i paid for except for the cleaning part.
