Pros (+) We got married at this resort through a cruise line last year. This year for our anniversary we returned. We had a king size bed with an ocean view. Loved the room! It was very spacious. Bed was a little too firm for us, but it did the trick. Also, the daily cleaning service of the rooms are VERY slow. From our 4 night stay they came once AFTER we went to the front desk to request that they come c...
Cons (-) Slow cleaning service for the rooms. Had to request a room cleaning and fresh towels because no one came by the end of our 3rd day. Buffet and food could be a little better, but it wasn't bad or anything. B+ for food and entertainment. A+ for room and beaches.

Pros (+) The staff members were great... the rooms were okay nothing too fancy.
Cons (-) I didn't like the food. The food wasn't great at all. The fact that it's all inclusive and you had to pay for wifi was another reason I didn't enjoy my stay. Overall the resort is nice but I wouldn't stay there again... I didn't eat much and I wasn't able to keep in contact with my family and friends because wifi was 5 dollars per an hour...
