People running this hotel are very nice and helpful. The bed was big and comfortable. We also liked the style of the whole building which is a bit retro but we liked it! It's a very good value for money comparing to other places in Tuscany.
The room was a bit small and dark, so staying there for 3 nights felt a bit claustrophobic.

Fantastic place just in city centre. Friendly and willing personnel. Good breakfast, Quiet anf comfortable room. Hotell hall is beutiful.
Hotel has not own parkplace. Parking is possible at public parkplace, about 250 m far. Parking is free of charge.

The location is superb, within walking distance to everything! Our room was spacious and we enjoyed the air-conditioning for our 5 day stay in the summer heat! The hosts are wonderful and the whole hotel has a special lovely family feel. Breakfast was good, we especially enjoyed the garden alfresco area and reception room. Awesome coffee machine! Wifi was really strong and we used the computer safe in the room. Car park was free about 3 mins away. Great value for money! Thank you for our stay!
The mattress and bedding could be a little more comfortable.

The location was close to all important places in the city. The owners, Maria and Vicenzo, are the nicest we ever met in our trips, very friendly, helpful and communicative. The breakfast included home made pastry, different every morning. It was quiet, although it was close to the center of the city. The cleanliness of the rooms and the cotton towels which they changed almost every day. They cleaned the rooms and made beds every day. And the best part: there was no bad odour in the bathroom.
Although it is only 1* hotel, the conditions in the room are for at least 3*.
