Pros (+) Location is very good
Cons (-) One member of staff spoiled my stay. He was very rude and unpleasant and does not know how to treat costumers with respect. I always treat people the same way I would like to be treated but he was unconsidered and rude hence my review. The hotel lift was also broken and although the hotel price was very competitive it does needs to be upgraded. some of the tiles on the floor have gaps which you wo...

Pros (+) Convenient location, public parking across the street and discount from hotel, good breakfast, 11 am checkout, monogrammed toilet paper.
Cons (-) Location was a little difficult to find, but finding directions in Monaco and driving is difficult overall. Once you are there, walk if you can! The room is tight, but typical for a crowded city. TV channels are limited.
