Pros: Nice view
Cons: Poorly informed staff
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Bed and linens &pillows were super comfy. bath towels were huge and soft. Bathrobes much appreciated. Restaurant food had amazing flavour combinations unlike anything I ever tasted. Best different breakfast ever. Only complaint was that the chicken medallions sauce was too sweet.outdoor pool was too cold to use,
Cons: Unfortunately my pictures won’t do it justice.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I travel extensively and stay in 4 and 5 star hotels throughout Asia Bereaheet is spectacular. Rooms and food and view along with fantastic staff. Great concierge Only one small drawback was spotty wifi Was there with 21 year old kids who also had a great time
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The view- amazing , The staff - very good , The Pool was amazing as was gym and of course the breakfast
1,0 Poor
Pros: This hotel is a scam, once discovered I am sold false promise the whole stay was overshadowed.
Cons: I bought a room with its own private swimming pool for month of February. I could have not stayed in this hotel, or I could have booked a much cheaper room. When I checked in I was told someone will come and turn on the swimming pool heating. Later we were told the swimming pool is not heated! why do you lie? Why do you then sell rooms in winter with swimming pool? why do I need a swimming pool as a decretive feature? Swimming pool was overlooking an empty space between other buildings. It therefore wasn't even a good decretive feature. So I was sold a room with view of dust and other buildings and a useless swimming pool at a high price. When challenged we then were told hotel is fully booked! this is while we could book almost any other room that night in the same hotel on booking.com. Why do you lie so much? Your manager was absolutely useless. When challenged you should have apologised and refund my money in full. Giving me a smaller room with no swimming pool at its cheaper rate is not a compromise, you are running a scam. do not book a room in the hotel. Plan a day trip to this amazing crater, maybe have lunch in this hotels restaurant with good views. Night time could be cloudy and you'll miss the stars anyway. This hotel creates so much unnecessary light pollution that you cannot appreciate sky and starts at night. Crater itself is pitch black at night an you will not be able to see anything anyway.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Incredible hotel in a magical setting. Food is excellent, staff is great, rooms are beautiful and very clean. Highly recommend.
6,0 Good
Cons: the attitude ,the service
10,0 Excellent
Pros: After long ride thru Negev desert you feel like on another planet. First impression: breathtaking views, impressive architecture, helping and friendly staff at the reception. Small golf car brings you to the room which was decorated really well, our beds were comfy and large. We had a room with crater view and it was like from Total Recall. Breakfast was absolutelly classy and tastefull with huge choise of different cheeses, hummus, vegetables, very tasty shakshuka etc. Diner consist of huge starter bar (f.e. 3 different tahini), about 6 main courses a la carte and about 5 desserts. Service was really friendly, the waiter had always time for a short small talk and a smile. BRILLIANT place.
Cons: Screaming children jumping in the pool. Main pool should be reserved only for adults. We want silence and peace. Not jumping and screaming spoiled children. Some parents lack common sense. Same in the main dining room. We didn’t pay that money to hear screaming children during whole meal and evening. One woman was even breastfeeding while walking between tables. Sorry not sorry some people are really not into seeing it. Like it or not.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the pool area and outdoor seating
Cons: I would live to have had an outdoor fire pit in the evening Main courses at dinner were lacking
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is perfect, the view is just incredible ! People are nice and food very good ! We will remember it a very long time
6,2 Good
Pros: The views are magnificent!
Cons: When we reserved the room there was only one option: a room with a pool. We reserved it. The cost was about $600. When we got to the hotel we got a room with a view of the parking lot and they told us there were no other rooms available. We would not have gone that night had we known there were rooms with the magnificent views of the crater. The manager couldn’t have been more rude and she ruined the stay there. In addition, the food was not very good. If the Four Seasons would run this hotel it would deserve 5 stars but with this management and food, although the setting is great, the value is not there!

Pros: Having the option of a buffet supper on Shabbat and a buffet breakfast was very useful for out family with small children. We also love having access to a pool.
Cons: This time our room was on the top floor. Carrying two wet small children up the stairs was a bit of work, but not a deal breaker.
6,0 Good
Pros: The suite was very specious. Clean and very nice. It was also very basic - no luxury. When I asked for an extension line to pull the heater towards the terrace, the stuff acknowledged, but never delivered. It's like they didn't understand my English.
Cons: I think that the stuff didn't understand English very well. Also, the pool which looks bis in the photos, is actually very small,

Pros: The checkin time was an hour later than stated on booking.com. It was advertised as 3pm, but they told us it was actually wrong, so we had to wait. The room was still not ready by 4pm. They said they would message us when the room was ready. We didn’t receive a message The staff in the pool were inattentive, in fact, we didn’t realise they were working ! No towel at the poolside, had to ask reception to bring for us 2 hairs in the bath in the room The restaurant food was overpriced And pretty shitty. Staff unhelpful and miserable

Pros: Great breakfast!
Cons: The hours for the pool was limited.
7,0 Good
Pros: Mitzepa Ramon is a great location and the Isrotel is an ideal location when visiting the town. Food and facilities and staff are all great. Highly recommend this hotel. I've stayed there four times in the past.
Cons: There's no elevators so if you've got a lot of luggage it could be a bit of a challenge to get your bags to the room.
7,0 Good
Pros: Good location, only 5-10 walk to crater and center of town. Staff was very friendly and hotel has a nice lounge and pool.
Cons: Rooms could use some updating. Kitchen area was fairly old looking and toilet was in separate room from the the bathroom - never seen that before!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: loved the lobby entertainment at night
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was plentiful and lots of variety, nicely presented.
Cons: There was no elevator to the room which was up 2 flights of stairs. We were offered help with our bags, but an older or disabled person would struggle.
7,9 Good
Pros: Very nice breakfast, comfortable bed, view to the Negev :)
Cons: - The “non-disturbing” sign was placed outside of the door. Still, the cleaning staff wanted to enter the room while we were there. -The toilet did not flush properly.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The tent was roomy and comftable. The kitchen is well equipped for massive cooking (pots, pens, utensils). Better to bring your own ice box to keep things cold since there is no refrigerator. The main tent is very cool, with comftable sofas and heating in the night.
Cons: There is only 1 place to put on a fire and its very close to the tents. This can be disturbing if you tent is the closest one. No electricity at all, no option to charge your phone.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great place if you want a rustic stay in the desert. I loved the silence at night, and the Shabat lunch from a local cook who comes to the camp and offers all local and 95% vegan food. Very yummy
6,3 Good
Pros: Cool place, good vibes and quite different from other types of places to stay! Very basic but has what you need. Staff were friendly on arrival.
Cons: Quite cold and not able to lock our door from the outside when we left the room. Expensive for what you get.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: very nice hostel/camping - with a cool hippy atmosphere. awesome location, in the desert but still just out of town. kitchen very well furnished
Cons: some may not like the lack of electricity ( no plugs to charge your devices! ) and the low lighting in the communal areas at night ( solar powered ) but for us that is what made the experience special
7,0 Good
Pros: The area, location and the view
Cons: I did not like the welcome attitude of the host
8,3 Excellent
Pros: We loved the layout of the bungalows and the communal area. The room was cosy and the solar lighting was much more efficient than we'd expected. The surroundings were beautiful. We would definitely stay again, although with a car as it was quite a walk to the bus stop!
Cons: It was not clear who was working and who was staying at Silent Arrow. We would have benefitted from a bell so that we could contact staff with questions. The kitchen area is in need of replacement pans / cutlery, and the shower curtains need replacement. None of this affected our stay, but be prepared that this is not luxurious accomodation!

Pros: What a beautiful location. The Succah we stayed in was very comfortable. Seeing the clear night sky dotted, with shining and shooting stars is a moment we won’t forget. The breakfast and dinner was of an excellent standard too. Lovely atmosphere, with great staff. Very well run by the owners.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful view, wonderful food, wonderful staff...
Cons: The electric plugs in the Sukkot were not working, challenging the reload of the phones used to take photos.
7,4 Good
Pros: Food was amazing and location is extraordinary. Lovely pool.
Cons: Bathroom is sawdust system, which I would prefer to have known in advance. Cash only. Furniture outside our succah was rickety and broken (nails sticking out). Directions to hike to crater could have been clearer.
7,0 Good
Pros: Nice to spend the night in the desert in absolute calm and all the stars in the sky. Unfortunately it rained a bit and was cloudy for the sunrise, otherwise probably a great moment. Cabin is better equiped than expected and very cosy. There is a bathroom with warm, running water shower and toilet. Still to recommend!
Cons: Location is hard to find as Google Maps misleads you to a bumpy dead end. Not the cleanest (e.g. dirty cups) place, which to some point understandable due to the simple infrastructure.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely amazing place!! I never see anything like this! Best place for living in the desert.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Calm, friendly, laid back. No wifi or 3g - perfect! Delicious dinner and breakfast - just perfect. The local wine was superb. 25mins walk to the spectacular canyon edge views. Our little hut was so quiet and cosy. Thanks to Alex for the warm welcome. It was lovely.
Cons: I don't think there is much that I wasn't expecting. It's a desert retreat, so the toilets were composting and facilities rustic. This was no surprise though.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Best experience and the best hummus for breakfast in hole Israel.
