Pros (+) quick, easy check in, excellent room, convenient & available.
Cons (-) Airport shuttle driver had safety equipment dirty, out of order and in walkway of persons boarding & un-boarding. Driver was advised personally & well in advance of need of airport pickup, and left my party & another stranded in frigid weather awaiting whilst attempts of phone contact from two independent needs went unanswered & mis-routed.
