Pros (+) Breakfast. My room was bigger than a standard room. It is handicap accessible.
Cons (-) They clerk couldn't find my reservation under my name or confirmation number. The previous clerk inputted a phone number under last name. I was there about 20-25 mins waiting to check eck in. He had to call the manager.

Pros (+) Nothing. My stay was horrible
Cons (-) It's a construction zone. There were tools, and nails, carpet, hammers on the flier it was like a obstacle course just to get to the room. Than I asked to move and was yelled at and questioned after telling her my son was autistic. The general manager Susan should not be a manager. She has not handled this situation at all and just said I'm glad u let me know I'll talk to.my staff.
