Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the metro and city attractions. However, there are widespread complaints about poor cleanliness, with many mentioning dirty rooms, insects, and inadequate housekeeping. Service is often described as unfriendly or indifferent, and several guests note a lack of basic amenities such as air conditioning, refrigerators, and functioning bathrooms. Noise from neighboring rooms and the street is also a recurring issue. Overall, while the location is a strong point, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and amenities.
