Cleaning is not up to mark. Reception not good. Smell all over premise sometimes. Blankets not cleaned.

Very nice, clean, tidy and quiet hotel. Friendly staff. The hotel is near tram, metro, cafes and supermarkets.

The location
No one was coming to clean the room for days, no towels change, electric boxes broken down the dirty days stairs, I completely refuse to have breakfast in there, wool blanked smelly and inside a rotten chaotic small wardrobe, staff friendly like e kick on the back and extra unexpected cost. REMOVE THIS HOTEL FROM BOOKIG IT RUINS YOUR REPUTATION
