Pros: Great service and excellent hospitality from front desk whenever we needed something. Great patio on second floor to relax and wind down in the evening

Cons: Just the lightening in the room needs to be brighter.

Cons: Concrete walls, no fridge, no microwave, no heat so had to change rooms.

Pros: Amanda and Ali were nice. My key wasn't working and they handled the situation promptly. Staff was courteous and made us feel welcomed. Very quiet place and the price was affordable.

Cons: The facilities are very basic. No breakfast. No fridge. No clock on the wall. The smell in the hallway needs to be cleaned up. As well you can hear people talking clearly and toilets flushing. Walls are too thin

Cons: The front desk person had a horrible customer service. During the check out time, I was taking a shower and she came in the room and the bathroom as well and saw me naked. Never something like that happened in my life at any hotel or motel. The water was freezing the hot water didn’t work. Terrible I give it a 0.

Pros: Surrounding area seemed nice and people seemed nice. I did not communicate with the people too much because I am not very comfortable speaking Spanish but nobody bothered me.

Cons: The water in the shower was too cool, it didn’t get hot enough.

Cons: this is a rent-by-the-hour motel. creepy, yucky vibe. the location is on a busy, loud street. was hassled by the front desk guy for trying to pay with a credit card. couldn't wait for the night to be over, which took forever since i couldn't sleep much...

Pros: Good location for being close to the airport and short cab ride away from little Havana. We had one night here and we didn’t want to pay too much as it was only one night. However wouldn’t stay here again, shower was cold, room smelt of strong cleaning materials, bed wasn’t comfy and both me and boyfriend had red spots on us for the next three days after staying here. Not sure if it was related but can’t think of where else they came from.

Cons: This place was NOTHING like it was advertised to be. Checked in, & within 15 minutes, checked back out. The room was literally a room with just a bed & a non-working TV. The carpet was disgusting, stains everywhere. There were stains on the “clean” sheets. Burn holes in the sheets. The smell was TERRIBLE. The pool had no chairs. Very FALSE advertising.

Pros: I didn't like it enjoy anything about that facility. The photos posted online are photo shopped. That place is horrible and disgusting. The rug was 10 different colors from stains. My 3 year old daughter walked for 5 minutes and her feet were black!

Cons: I didn't like the fact that Motel Blu was able to post fake pictures and are getting away with such deception. Kayak needs to have agents to go out to these places and confirm what is being advertised. Shame on you KAYAK!!!!!

Cons: El cuarto apuesta , tenía sucio el abanico, el piso apesta, el baño tenía una navaja de afeitar usada y sangre en la pared. El aire acondicionado es muy pequeño para el cuarto no enfrió en ningún momento el cuatro. La chica del servicio fue arrogante y no me cambio el cuarto. Puedo seguir el cuarto fue el 219.

Cons: Rooms super outdated, carpets were all stained and dirty, old school tv that only has 3 channels, bathroom lights didn't even work, furniture looks as if they bought it at a flea market. I wouldnt waste my time here.

Cons: For one BED BUGS , hookers right by hotel due to mastubation theatre RIGHT next door. Didn't even provide towels. AND THE SMELL WAS UNBEARABLE.

Cons: When I arrived to my room the bed was not a king sized bed, the sheets had several stains,the carpet had holes, the room smelled musty and moldy, there was a ripped up bed bug cover on the box spring only (not one on the mattress) and there looked to be black mold on the wall coming from the condensation of the air conditioner.

Cons: The place is in the ghetto. every business within a surrounding mile has all windows covered in bars. Felt unsafe getting out of my car. Room was missing lights so very dark, no heat, no blankets, just a top and bottom sheet. TV didn't work. Basically paying for an old bed and that's it, literally nothing else, no phone, no electrical outlets that worked, no customer service whatsoever. At 2 am the spring break partiers arrived back and were screaming at the top of their lungs and blasting music until they finally got tired and went to sleep around 7am. Got zero sleep there. Staff didn't care apparently this is OK to keep everyone up at the entire hotel than shut down the problem people out of control. Pay a couple bucks more and don't stay here, not worth it.
