The room had bed bugs!! I’m not sure that the hotel will do anything to fix it. Since they’re fully booked they may continue to rent the room. The room door was extremely hard to close. You had to slam it several times. I would not stay at this hotel again. Despite being so close to the airport.

Good location, breakfast and lobby. Sadly, let down by: Train horns from 5am; What sounds like elephants any time someone in the room above moves; WiFi that just stops to a crawl or disconnects regularly; and Cancelling our reservation by text message (no emails).

Cons (-) This hotel needs a serious make over. The rooms are dated. Door hardware peeling. TVs are super old sharp not even 1080 HD and they look to be 37 inches very small nowadays.

Pros (+) The staff was friendly & helpful. The hotel was clean & convenient to the airport, with free shuttles. The free happy hour was very welcome after a long day of travel. They have a shuttle that will take you to things in a 3 mile radius. Hotel was very nice. I would def stay again.
Cons (-) Restaurant was pricey. Altho convenient to airport, hotel was hard to get to even with GPS guidance. We drove around the hotel 3 times before we figured out how to get to the hotel. Parking was expensive, so we opted to drop our rental car off early.
