Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near the airport and downtown, as well as the quality and variety of the breakfast. Many reviews highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, with several guests noting positive experiences at the reception and buffet. The pool and room size were also appreciated by some visitors. However, there were recurring complaints about cleanliness issues, noise from the airport, maintenance problems in bathrooms, and high parking fees. Despite these drawbacks, the overall sentiment was positive regarding location, breakfast, and service.AI-generated from customer reviews

The room had bed bugs!! I’m not sure that the hotel will do anything to fix it. Since they’re fully booked they may continue to rent the room. The room door was extremely hard to close. You had to slam it several times. I would not stay at this hotel again. Despite being so close to the airport.
The flight was canceled so spirt put me up in hotel for night so I could catch the next mornings flight to Newark
Good location, breakfast and lobby. Sadly, let down by: Train horns from 5am; What sounds like elephants any time someone in the room above moves; WiFi that just stops to a crawl or disconnects regularly; and Cancelling our reservation by text message (no emails).
Did not feel safe. Front desk phone was never answered. Super short staffed.
Pros (+) NA
Cons (-) This hotel needs a serious make over. The rooms are dated. Door hardware peeling. TVs are super old sharp not even 1080 HD and they look to be 37 inches very small nowadays.
Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) Price
Pros (+) The staff was friendly & helpful. The hotel was clean & convenient to the airport, with free shuttles. The free happy hour was very welcome after a long day of travel. They have a shuttle that will take you to things in a 3 mile radius. Hotel was very nice. I would def stay again.
Cons (-) Restaurant was pricey. Altho convenient to airport, hotel was hard to get to even with GPS guidance. We drove around the hotel 3 times before we figured out how to get to the hotel. Parking was expensive, so we opted to drop our rental car off early.
Pros (+) Friendliest staff
Cons (-) No dislikes
Pros (+) The pool and the exercise room
Cons (-) The staff was VERY rude. The room had bugs and smelled like mildew. The parking was horrible. The gates never worked and the key card had to be reset each day I was there. I was quoted one price then when I got there I was told a much higher price because I wanted to pay cash???? I was told I would receive a deposit but when I checked out there was no deposit. In fact I was told I had a balance?? ...
