Pros (+) Spacious and clean with a full kitchen
Cons (-) Advertised as best airport hotel but it's quite far from the airport with a shuttle that only runs once an hour. This wasn't mentioned until I called and asked.

Pros (+) Grounds get cleaned every day. They do respond to issues, and the do come to fix, but it doesn't always help
Cons (-) The shower was either too hot or too cold. Try to imagine, while taking a shower, one minute it's freezing water, then it's burning. You spend the whole time in the shower maneuvering the faucet. They tried to fix, but wouldn't work. I got tired of calling them again. I think it's the way the plumbing is set up and perhaps it's the 'tank-less' water system. No way to get another paper towel, you g...

Pros (+) Property and room was clean, housekeeping was good. Good location.
Cons (-) No intercoms in the room, you need to walk to the front desk every time for room service requests because they rarely answer their desk phone. They do not refill coffee packets, you will need to buy your own.

Pros (+) The setting was great and we were able to get good sleep after our long adventures days.
Cons (-) Only possible negative was some of the furniture was a bit worn, but the price was right so I didn't mind

Cons (-) There was stain in the tub and the drain was broken, when I complained the woman at the front desk was rude and never send anyone to fix it

Pros (+) The staff were all super friendly and helpful The rooms were clean and the kitchen had utensils, pots, and pans which we did not expect
Cons (-) Parking was the biggest problem. I was not informed that i had to reserve parking ahead of time.So it was a surprise that I had to hunt for parking that night on July 4th weekend.
