Pros (+) Adequately clean, friendly staff, and amazing location.
Cons (-) Facilities could use improvement. Shelf in bathroom was loose, shower did not drain easily, very thin walls, etc.

Pros (+) The location one block from the beach and the reasonable price were awesome, and it was comfortable, clean and charming!
Cons (-) The only drawback was the lack of sound proofing. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper!
