Pros: This is a family run business. The family goes out of their wat to accommodate their guests.
Pros: First and foremost, the hosts are absolutely amazing, they welcomed us with such warmth and made us feel at home immediately. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. Even checked us in early. They always smiled and gave us their full attention every time we had a question or request. Huge thanks to you guys again. Then is the view from the property....it is absolutely gorgeous. You get a view of the lake, the Alps. I really enjoyed and found it so relaxing sipping my coffee sitting out in the balcony. Rooms are very clean and charming. Breakfast is delicious and fresh. We drove from Milan, so were able to explore the area in car, it’s fun if you enjoy driving. Ferry to Bellagio and Varenna is nearby. Will surely stay here again. Overall an excellent experience.
Pros: Staff very accommodating and good balance of evening meals.
Cons: Nothing really.
Pros: Extensive buffet- staff even prepared scrambled eggs upon request! Very polite& quick to help with suggested activities & directions. Warm, friendly & welcoming. Fabulous views-
Pros: The staff goes above and beyond to help with whatever you need. My friend from America forgot an adapter and the staff loaned her one. They had great recommendations for where we should go and provided maps and ferry schedules.
Cons: It’s hard to get to town from the property but they do have a shuttle that goes down twice per day during winter months.
Pros: The views It is also a family owned establishment providing a personal touch The restaurant has a magnificent menu
Cons: There wasn’t anything that we did not like
Pros: Great place, great staff, delicious breakfast, great views, silence and clean air. Highly recommended for couples.
Situated on a lake, this luxury hotel is within 1 mi (2 km) of Cadenabbia Ferry Terminal and Villa Carlotta. Villa Melzi and Villa del Balbianello are also within 3 mi (5 km).
Pros: There is no question this is the place to stay at Lake Como. The staff is tremendous (thanks to Ana, Kiko, and David!), the grounds immaculate, the rooms beautiful, the views INCREDIBLE, and everything they have to offer you should do! Pools, food, the boat tour is lovely, lay by the pool-dock in a huge bean-bag, you can’t beat it.
Cons: The road out front - calms down at night but during the day you have to cross.
Pros: Location,staff,food,service, all %100
Cons: No things

Pros: breckfast fantastic and fantastic staff and amazing views from our room could not fault the staff to our lovely spa experience staff our so good at their job and so friendly with it with out being forced and such a beautiful hotel and gardens and restaurants we were so spoiled and we can't wait to go back
Pros: Pool place and the building history of this hotel NOTHING ELSE.BAD EXPERIENCE.
Cons: For my part this hotel is for 3 stars not palace . Not polite the staff. Not facilities to make coffee or tea in our room. The staff of this hotel not polite except the manager who gives me his apologies M.Riccardo Bartolotti. The staff so slow like they are tired and bored. Not help you with the baggages. I wait the first day 25 minutes to find me a table for breakfast. For dinner they send me to not a good restaurant because in the restaurant of hotel they accepted first cliends from outside and not clients of hotel. To the piscine not work the pizza restaurant. I reserved a table with a view in the lake for me and my love and i precise to be front of the lake for the next day. The next day not table front of lake,i speak to the personal manager who wasn't polite at all. I explain him the concierge and the receptionisi are stupids? He answer me YES they make to all clients that ....nice answer. I tell him give me one solution ,he answer me go where ever you want here we don't have that you asked. Our room flooded with water from the wall's. IThe next day only they send me one champagne in our room with fruits. I forget the night when happens that we don't eat because everywhere are reserved. For me with experience over of150 palaces and 5 stars hotels, this is for 3 stars. Bad bad experience i loose my precious days of my trip.

Cons: If you have a room with lake view it will be a little noisy
Pros: Pool however they don’t let you swim in it In fact I don’t think they even like people sitting round pool in bathers! Seems just for show...pity would be fun for pool parties
Cons: The Pool

Thanks to owner and the family members, and to the Chef for turning our dinner experience into a great & tasty memory. Pros: Location opposite Bellagio on Lake Como was superb as was the food. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: No tea or coffee maker in room but quickly supplied when requested.
Pros: This is a wonderful property. The location was exceptional as I had events both 5 minutes north and 5 minutes south and found walking there easy. The staff was incredible, its family owned and operated and everyone couldn't have been nicer during my stay. For the price, upgrading to the lake front room was worth it as the opportunity to sleep with the sound of the water just below is ideal.
Pros: The hotel is lovely and right on the lake. The staff could not be more helpful and pleasant. The restaurant is excellent for breakfast and dinner and offers a spectacular view. Parking was easy and right next door. There is an elevator. The ferry dock is a few steps away.
Pros: We loved the location!
Cons: It was a little dated but we are a young couple! Other than that it was perfect.

Pros: The location views and boat rides and gardens close by
Cons: The evening meal was loud, to much gobig on, staff we grumpy and not helpfully and the food was not Italy
Pros: Location was great and view from hotel wonderful
Cons: I thought the staff at reception were not very warm welcoming and buffet evening meal was horrible, busy, food not cooked probably and not Italy food at all. Service for drinks was poor and evening staff were dreadful.
Pros: Amazing food at the N26 restaurant. Highly recommend the three chocolates dessert! Clean rooms, friendly staff and perfect location. Couldn’t fault it.
Pros: Staff was helpful with upgrade after first night. Good location for boat to Como and Bellagio. Nice view over the lake from second room.
Cons: Got room 318 for the first night and it was bad. Small room to bee a dobbel, facing towards the backyard, very worn and smelling bad.
Pros: The staff is very friendly, especially the manager of the restaurant facing the lake front. The food is delicious there. Also children are very welcome.
Cons: Single room towards backyard, pool area. Tiny room. You cannot move inside the room because of the bed in the middle of the room. Why do Singles not get a room towards the lake front ?? The bathroom wasn t that clean. Stains on the wall and water flush. The drain inside the shower was blocked. Breakfast time was horrible. Too many people having breakfast at the same time. Food on display looked rather shabby. Scrambled eggs were made from egg yolk in tetra pack. Breakfast for masses of people. Very noisy rooms due to bad isolation.
Cons: The room was far too hot and no one could turn it down. Also check out was way too early at 10am, ridiculous especially when I was travelling with a child
Pros: Amazing view on the lake as well as the surrounding area. Very close to the local bus and boat station. Pristine clean and serviced with all the necessary amenities. Very helpfull staff. All in all a great place to stay in when visiting Lago di Como.
Cons: Breakfast could have more vegetarian options, but there is something to choose from for every taste.
