Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, which is close to shops, restaurants, and major attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city. The service was frequently described as friendly, attentive, and helpful, with staff going out of their way to accommodate special requests. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many guests noting that rooms were tidy and well-maintained. Comfortable beds were also mentioned positively. However, several guests complained about noise from the street and nearby bars, as well as occasional maintenance issues in the bathrooms and air conditioning.
