Pros (+) Location. Is great. It’s located where everything is happening
Cons (-) Member staff denied my jacket that I left on the counter. I guess he is not making enough money to buy his own stuff

Pros (+) Location was great. The bellman Edgar was amazing and very helpful. The reception staff was not great
Cons (-) They were busy with renovation but no apologies was forthcoming f om the staff at check in. Breakfast looked unappetizing and the staff in the restaurant spoke very little or no English
