Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the friendliness of the staff, especially at the bar and restaurant. Some guests found their rooms clean and quiet, and a few highlighted the high-end appearance of the property. However, many reviews mentioned issues such as outdated or dirty carpets, lack of amenities like refrigerators or microwaves, and problems with parking design or security. Cleanliness was mixed, with some rooms very clean and others not properly maintained. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, there were several concerns about amenities and upkeep.

Cons (-) We booked our reservations months in advance and when we got there we were told they were over booked. They made us go to another hotel 45 mins away. I was very upset and not a good way to stay a vacation.
