Cons (-) I had to use most of the towels on the first day and had them replaced. When we came back at night, they only gave us two large towels and nothing else. It doesn't seem to be a coincidence. They didn't even replace the floor mat. My girlfriend almost fell in the bathroom after she finished shower since she didn't realize how slippery the floor was and there was no floor mat. Cons (-) We booked our reservations months in advance and when we got there we were told they were over booked. They made us go to another hotel 45 mins away. I was very upset and not a good way to stay a vacation.
