It was close to the Interstate, so I didn’t expect to be hearing crickets, but even by “next to the interstate” standards, it was LOUD. I went out and bought some foam earplugs, and they worked like a charm, but without them it would have been a long night.

Staff was friendly.
Checked in but had some running around to do so we came back to the room later. Upon returning we found that the smoke alarm was constantly beeping and the comforter in the bed had large cigarette burns in them right where house keeping would turn the bed down so they had to be noticed. Told the front desk about the beeping and their response was that there was nothing that could be done due to maintenance being gone for the day. When we were leaving the following morning housekeeping asked what room we were leaving from and as I told her she must have sensed my frustration and asked if everything was ok. In which case I responded not really considering I spent all night listening to their smoke alarm beep so I really didn't sleep. She apologized and then continued to tell me that she had told maintenance about it the previous day. Don't stay here, find somewhere better.
VERY rude staff. It was the filthiest room I've ever been in. Whole room stank of old smoke and pet odor. Demanded another room and they showed me two more which were even worse. Food scraps on the floor and on the table. Pillows stank, towels had stains and stank, comforter had holes. Microwave was all greasy and nasty. A/C half broken, fridge not cold, one lamp had no bulb and they said maintenance is gone for the rest of the day and it was 3 PM. All the night constant highway noise was only interrupted a few times by people fighting and shouting curses at each other. Didn't feel safe. It ruined my whole short getaway trip. NEVER AGAIN.

The staff was very courteous.
The bathroom facilities were terrible! You had to hold the handle to flush the toilet. The sink was stopped up, couldn't wash hands without the sink filling up. There was hair on the wall of the shower. Have stayed at various Red Roof Inns but will NEVER go back nor recommend this location.
