Cons (-) Staff was extremely rude. We had 7 people staying in 3 rooms. We had to share towels because to cleaning ladies would not let us have anymore. We had 4 towels between 7 people. We ask for more, explain that some rooms only had 1 towel and no wash cloth, and we were told no. We ask at the desk and after getting attitude, we were able to get 1 more towel and wash cloth. Pros (+) Great location, very close to food and shopping.
Cons (-) Service was poor; employees were nice but didn't grasp customer service. Eg. All hotels ask for a credit card to place a hold for incidentals; this one needed my card in case I break something in the room.
