Cons (-) Staff was extremely rude. We had 7 people staying in 3 rooms. We had to share towels because to cleaning ladies would not let us have anymore. We had 4 towels between 7 people. We ask for more, explain that some rooms only had 1 towel and no wash cloth, and we were told no. We ask at the desk and after getting attitude, we were able to get 1 more towel and wash cloth. Pros (+) Great location, very close to food and shopping.
Cons (-) Service was poor; employees were nice but didn't grasp customer service. Eg. All hotels ask for a credit card to place a hold for incidentals; this one needed my card in case I break something in the room. Both waffle makers were broken but I'm pretty sure they just didn't want to put out batter. Most of the equipment in the gym was broken. I specifically picked this hotel because of the gym and b...
