Cons (-) Staff was unfriendly, did not clean up breakfast room, just talked with each other. First room's chairs were so stained and dirty we wouldn't sit in them. Then there was water dripping from the vent in the bathroom. Moved to another room but the carpet had not been cleaned and was disgusting. Final straw, other than breakfast, was theres was NO hot water!

Pros (+) It was cheap
Cons (-) We couldn't take our shoes off because the ground was so dirty. The toilet water hard to flush, and there was a lot of noise in the hallways until really late at night.

Cons (-) It is was very clear to me that the facility was being used as a long term residency. There were cars on jack stands in the parking lot, which had obviously been there for some time based on the dirt that was on the cars and the trash that was collecting around the cars.
