Cons (-) Staff was unfriendly, did not clean up breakfast room, just talked with each other. First room's chairs were so stained and dirty we wouldn't sit in them. Then there was water dripping from the vent in the bathroom. Moved to another room but the carpet had not been cleaned and was disgusting. Final straw, other than breakfast, was theres was NO hot water!
