Cons (-) it was like spring break with drunk college kids yelling and screaming and fighting. not relaxing.
Pros (+) The location was great - within walking distance of many things to do in Memphis. The concierge at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. Shower pressure was good, and beds were comfy.
Cons (-) Not a lot of tv channels (not that you should be watching tv on a vacation!), and it smelled a little weird (like all hotels).

Pros (+) I expected to be disappointed. But I was pleasantly surprised and this was a clean convenient hotel at an affordable price. I will come back

Cons (-) Door dead bolt handle missing, also door didn't seal when closed. Toilet handle was broken, bathroom light fixture was burned out, mildew on the shower curtain, lamp missing a light bulb, dirt in the corners of bath room and on the door. The pool water was green.
