Pros (+) Was set for a pickup at hotel from tour company and when they were not there concierge took charge of situation by locating and calling all 3 direct numbers available until he got ahold of someone. Timing was critical as missing a tour has its own bucket of problems because of his urgency response the tour was located and all proper arrangements were honored. He was solid. Excellent location views...
Cons (-) Wifi did not work in room. Acoustics from outside in. Mattress was uneven in firmness.
