Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to public transport, food outlets, and attractions. Cleanliness and room comfort, especially the beds, were also positively mentioned by several guests. However, some guests reported negative experiences with service, including unhelpful staff and issues with room changes. Bathrooms, particularly the lack of privacy due to frosted glass walls, and occasional cleanliness problems were noted as drawbacks. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and comfort, but service and bathroom design could be improved.

Pros (+) Muy buena la cama y el desayuno
Cons (-) Teníamos grandes expectativas con este hotel y su concepto. Las fotos son engañosas, se veía un hotel más nuevo y moderno. Nos decepcionó!!

Pros (+) Great welcome at reception
Cons (-) The noise from the construction work around it and the fact guests did not have access to a computer to do some quick work (yet they have a conference room area)
