Cons:
First issued car smelled highly of cigarettes. Switched it out and the second car did too. The license plate and registration expired during my trip. Also, Enterprise charged me an additional day rate for the rental which I will need to call to get corrected.6,0 Okay

Notification process. Only after I arrived at the site was I informed there was no vehicle for me. I was told they didn;t have a telephone number at which to reach me. However I provided both an email and number with my online reservation.2,0 Poor

The guy who checked me back in was at least friendly.Cons:
The woman who "helped" me at pick-up was rude and condescending. I couldn't get away from her fast enough. Yet she forced me to wait almost an hour for my reserved car, which meant that I was now leaving town in the middle of rush hour traffic in the rain. (Took me 2 hours to go 20 miles, I'm not kidding) The car I was given has to be the worst vehicle I've ever had to drive. Horribly uncomfortable seats, no cruise control and I was concerned about the brakes more than once. I will never ever accept a Hyundai Accent from any rental company, and I will not return to this branch of Enterprise based on that wretched woman at the counter.10,0 Wonderful

I booked a car rental at a different location for 1pm on Saturday. The location closed at 1pm. I was told they could transfer it to the airport for double the cost that I booked it for. I called to customer service I was told that in terms and conditions it states that I have to be at the location 30 minutes prior to my appointment. Very disappointed.10,0 Wonderful

Reserved a small sedan. Showed up and only a minivan was there. Agent told me I'd pay sedan price. Dropped off van and final charge was almost $80 more. They told me at drop off site I had to call the office I got car from. 8 calls later, no answer at various times of day. Won't be using Kayak again.4,4 Mediocre
