Pros (+) The entire staff was extremely courteous and friendly.~ Best service we've ever received in Mexico!!! The food at "Cilantro's" was amazing!! The facilities are spotless, and the beach location is one of the best in Mazatlán!!
Cons (-) The rooms could have kept their original "Mexican Style" and should have been less "minimalistic" ~ A small in-room fridge is definitely required, the same as a drawer-chest for clothing! Pros (+) The Beach and the pools were great.
Cons (-) We came for a three day vacation, we had not had one in 4 years. Upon check in the hustled us for the all inclusive. I was on the fence, my partner said it sounded good. I really just wanted to get my behind to the beach. Gullemina made some reservations for us for breakfast and we were all set. Pros (+) Location is great and the men in the valet parking and bell boys are so nice and very helpful
Cons (-) Cilantros restaurant is terrible, food is not good and the service was poor. Usually all restaurants have good service around there so I was very surprised

Pros (+) The facility is great and the staff is over-the-top helpful. From the check-in front desk people, to the maid service, to the wait staff throughout the facility. Had a great time and looking forward to the next time we can visit.
Cons (-) Felt disappointed when we couldn't eat more because the food was great. We were also very sad when we had to leave. About the only negative thing I would say is the air conditioning system Worked OK, but wasn't great. All in all, great time.

Cons (-) We prepaid eight months in advance, and at check-in was told that the hotel did not have a room for us. They moved us to a sister property that was 20 minutes away. Only to have us moved back to the original property without any explanation. I would skip this hotel and opt for an Airbnb condo with a pool next time.

Pros (+) By the beachfront in a clean beautiful site Close to restaurants and bars,they also have sport activities
Cons (-) They have all inclusive and none inclusive and for what I paid it was expensive non all inclusive. They charge $ 15.00 dollars to use their W F. Per day.
