5,4 Okay
Pros: Room was spacious Brilliant massage in spa
Cons: Inattentive, badly trained staff - not charming and welcoming at all Complained when we asked if we could eat outside when it was very hot and sunny Hotel is not up to standard of five star - run down hotel, needs to be repainted - gym is terrible and has barely any light Lifeguard spent entire trip using power hose to clean floor by pool so everyone had to listen to loud industrial noise Food pretty average - pool snack menu is four sandwiches Staff never make an extra effort or go the extra mile Pool loos have no lock and are in a terrible state This is not a five star hotel
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Staff really friendly . Best restaurant service and good Food . Alberto was really professional .
Cons: Proved breakfast selection.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel, very clean. Very nice staff, especially the maitre d's
Cons: The only slight niggle was the pool music. People would be laying there listening to the birds and then a barman would come along and put on a very loud CD (usually the same CD as the day before). He would go off and it would finish and it would be peaceful for a while but then he would come back and put it on! If people were cleaning or restocking the bar they would all be shouting to be heard over the music so this was a disturbance. A lady on a lounger next to me said she didn't like it and went to ask them to turn it off but the barman said he could only turn it down. So it was a bit better. I just don't think the music (which is always a matter of taste and personal choice) was necessary and I thought it was detrimental to the relaxing atmosphere
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Quiet. Could always get a sun lounger by the pool. Friendly staff. Amazing food. Reception were very informative.
Cons: Bit too remote. No evening entertainment for the Children.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful resort in the middle of the countryside. The grounds are huge and well maintained. Our room had a balcony with a view of the internal garden - it was great sitting on the balcony in the sun. Resort was pretty empty but all services were available. The dinner was excellent.
Cons: Nothing
8,8 Excellent
Cons: We travelled with 2 small dogs and on booking we were not made aware of the €25 surcharge for each dog.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The complete experience, from fine food to splendid open air facilities
Cons: Nothing important
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful resort perfect for our short break in the midst of a month-long tour of Sicily. Fab facilities off the beaten track outside Mazara del Vallo. Good food, great room with view, luxurious amenities.
Cons: Everything was lovely except the lighting in the room~ couldn't see to read!

4,2 Okay
Pros: Good AC
Cons: Ants and bugs in the room and way to hot breakfast room
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The room was very big, spacious, nicely decorated, with really comfy bed. We slept really well. The staff was very friendly (especially the young lady at the reception). My boyfriend was happy with the cornetti for breakfast, the coffee was good (I even got a vegan cappuccino). Overall I really liked the room.
Cons: We were there in the low season (February) so I'm guessing most of the below points would be better in the high season. Those are small, but slightly uncomfortable details they could improve: - I'm vegan so for me the breakfast was very limited - had to eat (old & dry) bread with jam and some fruit, there was only one taste of jam, just two small packs, so nothing special. The staff warmed up water for the tea in the microwave which I found weird and slow (I'd prefer water boiled normally). - The shower was spraying some cold water from the old and broken massage system on the wall, so I was showering with warm water from the main nozzle, and cold sprinkles all over different points on my body. - The wifi had some problems and was working only 50% of the time. - The cleaning lady was not giving us enough toilet paper so we had to constantly save it. The soap in the bathroom wasn't refilled and there was like 1 cm on the bottom of the bottle. Overall I felt like they're cutting costs without much sense (on some small things like toilet paper, soap or jam).
5,8 Okay
Pros: Overall good value for money in high season. If you just need a place to sleep it's ok.
Cons: Old hotel far from city centre. The upgraded us to a larger room but they knocked at our door at 10 am even if I specifically paid for 12am check out. Furniture is very old an not functioning

Pros: Fantastic building with roof top terrace. Conad super market 100m away, Penny Market and Eurospin 1km away. Public free Street Parking all the way past La Torre so ignore the no parking available, No private parking is what they mean. As other guests said, very comfortable Beds, AC if you need it. Fresh clean Towels Hot plate and Microwave with a Fridge too. Nothing else you need. About a mile or so into Marzala, probably a bit far by foot, Beach is about 10 minutes. Road noise wasn't really noticeable at all and we were facing it. Very happy staff, probably the only time in Italy we've been shown to the room and things explained, very professional. Thankyou La Torre Del Sole, see you again.

Pros: Nice quiet hotel. Lovely pool area . Clean comfortable rooms. A lovely 10 minutes stroll into the town centre along the seafront.
5,8 Okay
Cons: The breakfast was really pour. I would give maybe 2 stars for it.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Serving staff at the bar were great, room was nice
Cons: They hosted a concert right outside our bedroom window on the last night without letting us know (we could not sleep at all!) they also gave all the hotel guest parking slots to concert attendees so we couldn’t park after dinner. Had to park miles away and wait until 1am to go and collect the car and park it by the hotel for our early morning departure. The front desk staff were quite rude about it and couldn’t offer any solutions / apologies.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The thermostat didn't work. The receptionist said open the window. We woke up to huge storm and the room was full of water and there weren't enough towels to clean up. Some of our clothes and luggage got wet. Breakfast was the worst we had of our 45 days in Italy. I have to say though, the coffee was great. It appeared as though we got what was left after the tour bus people were fed. I'm sure there's explanations for all of this but......
Cons: Location was good. Parking for car was great.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The front desk staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. It is at the opposite end of town from the old town but it is a small town. It's right on the waterfront. Huge private parking garage.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Nice room overlooking an inner courtyard. 10 minute walk to center of town along the promenade.
Cons: The corridors felt very institutional, think Colditz.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Location on the sea
Cons: Horrible food and service Not friendly staff Works mostly with group pre-paid Should be banned 3 stars not deserved at all !
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect the sea was outside the front door, the breakfast was very nice and the room was very clean.
Cons: I thought check out at 10 was very early especially as it wasn’t a cheap hotel.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The front desk lady was very helpful !! She gave us Rex for dinner and they were superb ! Also they had an underground FREE parking - So thankful for this parking
Cons: Better breakfast - coffee was horrible
5,8 Okay
Pros: The view was nice.
Cons: The fact that the pool was not available. The hotel should let guests know about it ahead of time. And the hotel facilities in general are old.

6,3 Good
Pros: Staff who spoke English were able to book me a taxi at a great price for the airport. The shower was good.
Cons: The bed was basic and pillow cheap and lumpy. The breakfast was substandard.
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: Absolutely nothing other than we were very happy that we were leaving.!
Cons: First off it is located next to the commercial port the area is desolet there is nothing there! The a/c did not work after a long conversation we were given a fan! The hair dryer didn't work the room was dreary and smelled. This hotel is completely outdated needs a complete update. I would never have stayed here if I had known where it was located one of you comments was it was in an excellent location which is completely false. Booking.com should remove this hotel from your list no one should ever stay here!
5,3 Okay
Pros: Nice clean and comferable room and bathroom
4,7 Okay
Pros: Nice friendly staff. Clean and fairly quiet.
Cons: By the description it says 'a short walk to the center and white sand beaches. The hotel is opposite the harbour and it takes about 20 min to walk to the center and 25 min to a not very white sand beach. Staff don't speak much English.
5,6 Okay
Pros: The room was big and comfortable, the breakfast was good. The staff was very nice. There are brochures in the room about how to get to town centre and what can be seen there.
Cons: The location - the area was a bit dirty, there is a harbour in the front of the hotel, that does not look appealing at all! There is about 20 minutes walk to the town centre (all restaurants etc) - personally we didn't mind it - but it was a bit unpleasant to walk in this area in late hours. The staff didn't speak english. Generally - it was ok for one night.
7,2 Good
Pros: the staff was excellent. They where very helpful and tried to meet my every need.
Cons: The advertisment says that it has wireless internet. it does not, the internet is dial-up and was very difficult to connect. I had to take my Laptop to a computer service area to get it configured, a username and password to a server that i did not know of.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: When we couldn't find the hotel, they cam and found us. We didn't have an accurante # and street address.
Cons: we loved it.
