Pros (+) The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. It was clean. Breakfast was adequate but, it was free.
Cons (-) The room was softly lit, not bad but brighter lights would have been nice. The desk chair was broke. The grab bar in the bath tub was missing. The wallpaper was a lifted a little in the bathroom. The bedding was clean but not spotless, and there was a tear in the duvet that I didn’t notice until we were packing to leave. Pros (+) Location to main road was convenient, location to casino was nice too.
Cons (-) The walls seemed "thin", I could hear a lot through them.

Pros (+) The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The linen was clean and fresh.
Cons (-) The room was dark and had a bad smell. The bathroom had peeling wallpaper and you could see mold or mildew in the knob to turn the shower on. The exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom. The toilet rocked when you sat on it.
