Summary of reviews

Guests say

Overall, guests praised the hotel’s excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff received frequent compliments for being friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Many guests found the beds comfortable and appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of some rooms. However, a recurring negative was the lack of an elevator, which made access to upper floors challenging for some visitors. While some reviews noted areas needing maintenance or deeper cleaning, the positives of location, service, and comfort stood out.

Cons (-) We paid for a balcony room, as advertised online, that we did not receive. Though the room we received was fine in all other regards, it certainly was not as advertised online.
