By far the highlight for us was the staff. Youssef, Abdul, and Nourddine took such good care of us. They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and to help us with anything that we needed. They kept telling us to treat the riad as our home, and really made us feel right at home. Youssef would come and chat with us during breakfast and ask us about our plans for the day. Abdul has the warmest, friendliest smile that could light up any room. Nourddine was so generous telling us stories and teaching us about local culture, and he even walked us out to the nearby plaza on our last morning to help us find a cab. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone or to stay here again in the future.
The only small thing that we didn't like was that the adjacent alleyway was a popular spot with neighborhood smokers, and the cigarette smoke would enter our room when we left the window open. This is easily avoided if you just leave the windows closed.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful (stayed in the Josephine Baker suite), clean and had working AC. Despite being very close to the busy alleyways the Riad was very quiet, even when sitting on the roof terrace. You will be well looked after here
Did not have the lunch or dinner so can't comment on them. No issues with anything else.
Wow what a stay wonderful riyad, one small issue that was resolved wonderfully mr yusef and mr Abdul haq absolutely brilliant
The breakfast was very tasty and different each day and extra tea or coffee was brought on request. The riad was located in the medina, about 10 or 15 minutes walk to the main square.
This is hard as there was very little to dislike. Maybe a deeper mattress protector as the bed was quite firm. It was a little cool but we did stay there in January and I think riads are probably designed to keep the heat out in the summer. We had heating in the room though and I just put it on full.
It was very cold in the hotel
