Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, beautiful sea views, and private beach area, making it a standout feature. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and bathrooms, and some guests reported bed bugs. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others are seen as rude or inattentive. Noise from nightly shows and entertainment is a common complaint, especially for those seeking a quiet stay. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its setting and views, but improvements in cleanliness, service consistency, and noise control are needed.
