Pros (+) I like the staff especially the front desk representative on night shift (Divina). She is so accomodating and very patient. I like the guards too. Very helpful.
Cons (-) Housekeeping are not doing their job. They don't clean the room even you ask for it. Our room smells bad especially the bathroom .. smells urine.
