Breakfast was amazing Beds where very comfy Location was great Staff very helpful and polite
Room was very run down and not as clean as I would of liked We paid £220 for a one night stay and my expectations for that price were a lot higher than I got Bathroom was extremely run down with all the enamel missing in the bath and it being yellow instead of white Wires trailing in unit in bathroom I would not stay here again at that price However the communal areas were beautiful but the room I stayed in really let the hole experience down
We had a fabulous stay at the Marriott in Manchester, the staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the location was ideal. The selection of breakfast was very nice.
I would say that the brioche french toast was quite plain, and the Belgian waffles was 1 waffle cut in half, these were slightly disappointing.
Reception & concierge staff superb. Location great.
Staff on breakfast can either be on it or totally not. This time had to wait around for ages for someone to acknowledge me. It took a chef who happened to be walking by to tell someone to come. Stayed on business with colleague who’s vegetarian, breakfast can be slow for him as there are no vegetarian hot dishes ready in the self serve area. Perhaps have some veggie sausages ready.
bedroom was great and very clean. The location was perfect for the Natwest business hub
the steak in the restaurant was chewy and unpleasant
The staff were very professional, polite & helpful, the room was huge, the beds comfy & warm & the softest pillows I have experienced and a good selection of tea.
The room was for a party of 4 however only 2 cups provided, however a call to reception rectified this
