Room service and food were very good and the room was a good size
Bad timing with the Coronavirus outbreak and the building work right outside the hotel. Didn’t get the room that we requested and things from the listing were missing e.g No fridge, sofa, bathrobes or free slippers in the room when we arrived, was told they could be put in but I stayed to the member of staff that they should have been in there before we arrived
been many times and will return
Comfy bed and pillows, lovely breakfast and staff were lovely. Good location for Spinningfields.
The whole experience was so easy. From reception to check out it was a breeze. The rooms are lovely. The service exemplary. The location, so near to The Opera House and great dining, was ideal. Breakfast was seriously very, very good. Well done all round. We’ll be back.
Service. Upgrade to suite. Although they didn't bring the car round to reception like last time.
Noisy, roadworks, wedding party again. Same as last time. Disco till all hours. Hotel parking is £17. If you are paying £160 to stay there, the parking should be free. Where else do they expect you to park except the hotel you are staying with? Bathrooms are tiny. Breakfasts are very pricey. So for £160....a bed, yes comfy, a small bathroom, and a noisy nights sleep. If parking had been included, and breakfast, would be different.
