Staff were very helpful snd supportive, particularly Chad, whom I spoke with the day before and who checked us into our four rooms. He was great. The facility has depreciated since our previous visits over 12 years. The pool area had no lights. The pool heater did not function nor did the hot tub. The morning breakfast had no waffles and hard bagels.
