Pros: Excellent friendly service. Delicious food. Comfortable rooms. Well organized and clean! Definitely recommend.

Pros: The welcome was perfect, front desk manager Ayla and Sevinç were so helpful while taking care of our every request, especially for our daughter. The food was the best among the hotels I have visited in Antalya region, with great variety including far east and vegan options, while the overall restaurant was quiet and enjoyable. The hotel has a greater area per guest, resulting in a quieter and calmer holiday experience. The regular training sessions such as yoga, pilates, HIIT were performed by real professionals. I am an intermediate sports person, yet I learned a lot. The pool and aquapark is quite suitable for small children, with enough swim guards and instructions. By the way, all personnel were so kind and helpful that we felt grateful to all of them.

Cons: Everything was perfect, from beginning to end. The sea itself was a little bit wavy and deep, but the hotel compensated with its great pool facilities.

Pros: The activities were beyond my expectations. The whole team is making their best efforts to make it an outstanding stay, starting from the GM with whom i had the opportunity to meet (a very charming person by the way) to Ayla (a very effective front-office manager) then a bulldozer :) like Alex who is making his best efforts to make you sweat whether spinning or mountain-biking in the skirts of kizilagac.

Pros: Kid's Club with exciting programme for the little ones, variety and quality of food, pool & beach, spa, all facilities well kept and clean, modern rooms with enough space and excellent repartition.

Cons: Air-conditioning in the room not always reliable (despite technical intervention), while overall friendly - language skills of staff could be improved, quality of ice cream not up to the mark.

Pros: The helpful people, management and every single staff member that we came across during our stay! It was amazing how everybody did their best to make us comfortable and satisfy every single need. From the moment we stepped out of our transfer and welcomed by an entire team lead by management to the moment we left and again greeted by management.

Cons: Nothing not to like and we were 8 people of all ages

Cons: Staff are ignorant, poor english and messed up my family's vacation. We came 2:00PM for check in but the room still not ready and we waited 3 hours in the lobby and staff are not giving attention.. Swimming pool is very dirty, as soon as I get in the water I suffered from skin rashes.Food is not good and its saying ALL INCLUSIVE but everything they charging you even the safe box.I strongly DO NOT recommend this Sea Planet Resort& SPA.
