Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access local attractions and Jonker Street. The staff and service received high marks for friendliness and professionalism. However, several guests were disappointed by the breakfast quality and variety, especially for non-Asian guests, and noted issues with food temperature and replenishment. Cleanliness was generally good, but a few reviews highlighted problems with stained linens and unclean dining utensils. Noise was a recurring issue, with many guests reporting poor soundproofing in rooms facing the road or corridors. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's unique architecture and design were appreciated by many.
