Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews reveal that the hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to shops, eateries, and attractions, which many guests appreciated. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, unclean linens, and maintenance issues. Amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and breakfast were often lacking or not functioning as expected. While some guests found the price reasonable and the staff friendly, many felt the overall value for money was poor due to the condition of the rooms and facilities. Improvements in cleanliness and amenities would greatly enhance the guest experience.
