Cleanliness of the rooms, view, food quality and swimming pools
Some of the staff in the reception, security and waiters in the restaurant not really kind and a bit impulsive. They should be more patient and helpful. This doesn't apply to all. Car parking is a mess.
Everything, especially staff members were nice. Room are big and very clean Climatisation very good Swimming pools very big, 1 cold (inside) and several warm outside) Beach very nice, swimming pool very nice
WIFI does not work correctly in lots of room (confirmed with other hosts). Food is good, but especially quantity, not quality. Desert were very low quality and always the same, only 1 evening (Thursday) with Tunisian desert Swimming pool should be clean a bit more due to many people in Summer, but it is acceptable Not enough transat for everybody in summer (hosts books transat for the whole day)
Every thing was excellent .. Thank you for the management of the hotel and thank you to all employees without exception .. especially reception staff
-location -food variety -thematic restaurant -possibility to stay and use the premises after check-out
-halls outside the rooms are not cleaned up. Maybe, the vacuum is broken, but for a 5 star hotel carpets are too dirty. -All Inclusive in terms of alcohol: you have to wait for a waiter who is busy with other customers to serve you a glass of wine instead of having a bottle on the table.
The thalasso was good. The pool area very good. The room was good. The tennis was ok.
Quality of the food was very very basic. Breakfast Juice fruit not natural and with to much sugar onsite. The same for the icecream to much sugar and colorant. lunch & Dinner varius, but the quality it was poor. There was not green salade ?? For example we rate a breackfast, and we take the coffe on pool bar but we had to pay. Quality of the coffe was really bad. Sorry but you cannot propose such kind of wine, ( I drink a glass that'it..)
