Pros (+) We arrived at the hotel early evening. The receptionist was rather rude and unwelcoming. She did not smile, nor did she greet us. The first words she said were "checking in?". When we asked to gives us a room to a higher floor she checked on the computer and told us that there were rooms but could not make the change.... no explanation as to why. The copier was not working and she asked us to leav...

Pros (+) The location was fantastic
Cons (-) The shower wouldn't drain and flooded the entire bathroom which btw has a frosted glass door with no latch that swing open unless you block it w a shoe. The bed is terrible. The rooms are super noisy! Good luck getting any rest.
