Very clean rooms, staff is helpful and friendly . Location is great, we walked to the Royal Palace, Grand Via and Plaza Mayor.
The room was awesome and ready when we arrived.
Food downstairs in restaurant was not good.
Everything were perfect at Opera Hotel . The staffs were so friendly, the room was so clean and the location was perfect . The metro station OPERA was just a few steps from the hotel.
We had breakfast on two days - very good indeed, lots of choice, and plentiful. The Opera dinner was fun but the food slightly disappointing and we felt it could have been made to work better if it started with a glass of cava - everyone welcomed together, instead of trickling in to an empty room. Pleasant staff and surroundings. Location was excellent - booked because it was near the Teatro Real but I didn't realise how near! I was there, with my sister, to see Joan Baez' last ever concert so convenience was important (as it was for her and the band!) but it was the best part of town - Palacio Real, Cathedral, gardens, pedestrianised shopping area with nice old bars. And we walked to the Thyssen etc, Staff lovely and helpful. So nice to be in a family hotel. Would definitely return - it was my fist time in Madrid and I loved it. Muchas gracias!
Towels were a little on the aged side but bathroom and toiletries very good. And I'd suggest making a bath mat available - having recently broken a wrist I'm wary of hidden dangers. The shower was excellent, but the base a touch slippery.
Amazing location. Very good breakfast, comfortable and super clean room. Helpful staff!
Nothing really. It was perfect for me.
