Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel’s excellent location, which is close to tourist sites, shops, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Cleanliness was consistently highlighted, with daily housekeeping and spotless rooms impressing many. The staff and service were also noted as friendly, helpful, and responsive. However, several guests mentioned issues with noise due to thin walls and lack of soundproofing, and a few found the rooms or bathrooms small. Overall, the positives of location, cleanliness, and service stood out most.
