Very comfortable, good facilities and close to Metro
WiFi very slow, sometimes unresponsive. Swimming pool quite small and crowded. Open bar during the day would be nice
Fabulous location for Metro Friendly and courteous staff Immaculately clean Pool a delight Excellent value
Nothing at all
Rooms very clean and modern
They overcharged my account by £2000. Getting the correct refund was a difficult process and they were trying to refund me in euros which would have cost me £200 in exchange fees. They should let you pay on the day of booking so that the correct amount is charged not the day of arrival which allows for error.
Rooms are lovely, bed comfy and perfect amount of charging points etc. Good location near the metro stop and nice to be outside of he crazy tourist centre.
My only advice would be about the pool area. There was an odd vibe up there with no real sunbeds and just sofas to sit on. Also being a guest in the hotel, I didn’t like the fact when I asked for a towel I was told I needed to provide a 10 euro deposit.
I asked for a quiet room and mine was super quiet. The air conditioner was even quiet and worked great. The swimming pool on the rooftop is nice for a dip. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were lovely. Everything basic but well appointed and in good shape.
The pool hours are way too limited in the hot summer: 11am to 7pm means those of us who have to work (or tourists with a full day of sightseeing) can't have a swim in the evening when the sun starts to get low. They say they close it so that they can open the bar, but call me crazy but a pool + a bar sounds like a winning combo to me!
