As we had an Ave to catch, the lication was perfect. If it hadn’t been for the lockdown, we would have gone to the Reina Sofia or Prado which are a stone’s throw away. Staff was really nice
We were pretty much the only people in the hotel and were expecting an amazing brekkie after the pics we saw online plus having paid 11€ each as an extra. We were SO disappointed to see that they had made a tiny effort- cereals (which I don’t eat), some over ripe fruit, bread, butter, 1 type of marmalade I don’t like, some yoghurt...which they blamed on the corona situation whereas the supermarkets were all open. After we complained, they got us some ham and cheese. Definitely not worth the extra we paid

Very comfortable, large bed. Some difficulty in adjusting and controlling the a/c. Good choice of toiletries in bathroom. Cold buffet had good selection, hot buffet limited, and avoided after first sample! Coffee Nespresso machine good, but coffee only luke warm! All staff very helpful and friendly.
Poor choice of menu in lobby bar very limited.
