Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing issues such as roaches, mold, and general lack of maintenance in both rooms and common areas. Service was also a frequent complaint, with reports of rude staff, unhelpful responses, and accessibility issues. Breakfast quality was consistently criticized as poor or lacking. However, some guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and found the beds to be comfortable. A few positive remarks were made about friendly staff and room satisfaction, but these were outweighed by the negative feedback.
