Pros:Exterior looked neat and tidy; staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons:The bathroom floor wasn't cleaned. It was an accessible room with a shower stool, which was great. But when you moved the stool to use it (as you do in an accessible room), it was obvious that the staff never mopped there. Ever.
Pros:A clean, no frills stay. Friendly staff.
Cons:even in the non-smoking rooms, the hotel smelled like it does a lot of business with smokers.

Pros:First time at a Best Western and will definitely try again. This location is very large and we had to go from building to building to get the breakfast but it was worth the walk. Room was clean. Beds were OK. There is a lounge on site that we thought we could go to for a burger but it was full of smokers. Horrible smell. We went to the nearby Applebee's for dinner.
Cons:The description implied that there was a restaurant on site which we like when we are traveling. We ended up having to get back into the car to go to eat.
Pros:The room was nice as well as the staff. The front desk lady let me use the printer to print few pages so that was nice. I stayed in the room most of the time so There is nothing else to report.
Cons:Two negative points I found was I could hear the trucks and traffic at night. It is close to 75 which is good but you will hear the traffic if your room is located in the front. The breakfast was not, not great. One of the coffee pots had coffee that was not hot anymore, cold for a coffee beverage... it was warm... and strangely the orange juice came out of the machine warm, not nice to drink warm juice.
Pros:Good shower. Beds were perfect. Staff friendly.
Pros:A little dated...but everything was extra clean and beds are real comfortable. Definitely an option for me the next time I stay in Macon.
