Pros (+) Exterior looked neat and tidy; staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) The bathroom floor wasn't cleaned. It was an accessible room with a shower stool, which was great. But when you moved the stool to use it (as you do in an accessible room), it was obvious that the staff never mopped there. Ever.

Cons (-) even in the non-smoking rooms, the hotel smelled like it does a lot of business with smokers.
