Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location near the beach, downtown, and local attractions, as well as the scenic views from the rooms. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, citing dirty carpets, mold, musty smells, and unclean bathrooms. Service was also frequently criticized, with guests mentioning unhelpful or unfriendly staff and poor maintenance. Several guests noted issues with the beds, pool, and hot tub, describing them as uncomfortable or out of order. Overall, while the location and views were highlights, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and amenities.
