Guests consistently praised the hotel's water park, describing it as excellent for families and children. The staff received positive remarks for their friendliness and helpfulness. The location was also appreciated for its proximity to beaches and attractions. However, many reviews highlighted that the hotel is old and in need of renovations, with issues such as outdated rooms, maintenance problems, and cleanliness concerns. Breakfast was mentioned frequently, with mixed feedback—some found it good, while others thought it lacked variety. Overall, the water park and service were standout positives, but improvements are needed in facilities and cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews
