Breakfast was Great. View is amazing which is why you come. Bed is comfy and the TV is a plus when the rain is pouring outside! Very hot powerful shower
There was a ventilation noise over the mini fridge. I couldn't figure out at first how to function the shower head VS the ceiling shower. Noise in the corridors early in the morning and late at night even though there are 2 doors In the room. Smells of shower products are not great. Cleaning ladies who knock at 10am at the door when checkout is until noon

Some of the staff particularly helpful, proximity to rail station was great but roadworks complicated getting there and no adequate directions before arrival- it would have been nice to know of the concierge service of picking up and dropping of at station prior to visit.
Proper cups and saucers for tea and coffee and eggs to order at breakfast.
