Overall, guests praised the hotel for its excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, and prime location near city attractions. Many highlighted the delicious and varied breakfast, as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Some noted the elegant design and relaxing atmosphere. A few minor issues were mentioned, such as occasional noise, WiFi problems, or small maintenance concerns, but these did not overshadow the overwhelmingly positive experience.
