Although we had some technical hiccups during our stay, the gentleman at the front office, Pietro, was very proactive and attentive to ensure those hiccups did not become a problem. Thank you for going above and beyond, Pietro, really great service!

Only one front office staff member during the busy check-in/check-out time - had to wait in line 20 minutes simply to get replacement keys for my room.

Quiet rooms not far from...

The hotel is in the quiet part of the town, almost a park zone. Rooms are nice and bright, also large enough. The hotel has a private parking, although it's pricey and a bit puzzling to enter (you need to get a ticket, and then they will give you a new one to exit). It's not far from the centre too, about 10-15 minutes walk through a park. Also they've changed the breakfast model due to the Corona crisis, and now you can pick what you want for breakfast, not paying €25 for a buffet.

The staff was somewhat distracted - they forgot to charge the parking, so I didn't have a ticket to exit; the breakfast ordered as a room service was waiting for us at the restaurant, took some time to fix that. Other than that it was a good stay.

Our room was very hot and we were unable to cool it down with windows open all night. Blankets were too warm for the time of the year.

Good location, great view, ample parking, nice staff. Very comfy bed. Separate toilet. Rooms are way more modern than the building suggests. They let us check-in way before two o clock. Very nice!

Like others said, the rooms were baking in sun all day and very hot. The airco is definitely lacking but they have fans available at the reception. We had the windows open instead and that helped. There's not much else to dislike here. Maybe the walk to the front office, which is quite a (nice) stroll. It's a big cobference hotel with the accompanying atmosphere (positive or negative, depending on your situation) .

Location was very nice, close to the centre, along the river. Personnel was very friendly and welcoming.

The blankets were synthetic and heated up quickly during the night. For summer, without AC in the room, this was too much. Open bathroom is not necessarily comfortable for everything, especially with the mirror right opposite of the open bathroom.

It was a nice location with a nice view. Direct acces to the centre of the city by walking where you can let the car park at the hotel. Walking was around 5 to 10 minutes to the city. The rooms were very nice and above expectations.

Parking Fee, didnt expect to pay parking fee which was quite high (€25,- a day while its only €2,- an hour parking in the centre of the city. And this place was not quite in the centre of the city). . I would recommand to park outside the hotel in the weekend (in the weekend whole Luxembourgh is free parking).

Design, room comfort for one person is good, the furniture is beautiful.

Restaurant is not in hotel, you need to go outdoor to have breakfast. It's not convenient, when the weather is bad. There is no a door in bathroom. For two is not so comfortable

Nice hotel, easy walk to the city centre and excellent for arriving by car. Good underground garage, bit pricey but worth it. An enjoyable visit.

The location and the room were great.

There weren't good indications where the entrance is and on google maps the road is confusing, so we had to walk around to find the entrance. The shower didn't have a door and for me personally this was not that comfortable. I felt cold and water was running out of the douch-cabin.

Location is close to the city. Caramels at check-in was nice. The 4€ coffee-croissant breakie was delightful.

Bathroom has no door. Makes it a bit odd if you’re sharing the room with someone other than your spouse. Checkin was efficient but not your warmest. Pillows were.... like paper. Paper cups instead of ceramic/glass mugs. Our other room had no cups, even. No water provided on our 2nd night.

It is near the centre, big rooms and very cozy.

The only bad thing was the pillows very bad quality so we had a bad night of sleep but i guess this is a preference.

The mattress was comfortable, the room was spacious, the staff was courteous. The location was convenient but it didn’t really look like the park-like setting shown in the pictures. It was oddly located among a bunch of other buildings. Parking was convenient but super tight (nothing bigger than a RAV4 will fit in one space) and expensive.

Breakfast was not worth the money and we’re glad we did not prepay for both days we stayed. There was no complimentary coffee in the room and you had to pay €1.50 for a tiny cup at the reception. The stuff at the vending machine was over priced as well. And don’t forget your toothpaste because they’ll charge you €5 for it. There were no toiletries in the bathroom, just a squirt bottle of shampoo/body wash in the shower.

The location is a bit confusing and can't take some time to find the place. The hotel offers breakfast which is served in a nearby building (2 minutes walk from the hotel), which if you wake up groggy craving breakfast is not ideal,

The bed was really comfy and it was a quiet hotel. The shower was powerful and it was hot very quick. The location was close to the city centre.

It was a surprise not to have a door on the bathroom. The lighting of the room was poor, we only had 1 pillow each and just 1 tea bag each. It's silly considering how much we paid.
